Found a few prints in my house. Got the spaceship print from my good friend Casali. It was screened for the In My Eyes record release show. But I can’t recall who screened it. Check that signature and let me know what it says. The Bane/Strike Anywhere one was screened by Hunter down in RIX. Looking good.

Noah?

More people should screen posters for shows, bands, good times, … Look into it. If you have prints, hit me up. AIM: howsyredge Peace.

Pre Orders from Words Of War Records …

Words Of War Records has been out there for some time now. I remember seeing my first WOW release back in 1997. Yeah, a few years back. Well, now they are dropping some new albums, and they are well worth your attention.

How’s Your Edge? com up in Print …

If you read the blog, you’ll know that a few weeks back, I was interviewed for Decibel Magazine. The interview was pretty chill.

Part 1 is featured in the May issue. I get name checked as the “Founder of How’s Your Edge?com.” Not 100% accurate unfortunately. Jim C and Casali should both get credit. Actually, Jim C should get all the credit. Back then, I think I was just the web monkey. Haha, I’m sure Casali doesn’t care. Jim C will more than likely send a sarcastic myspace comment. HAHAH.

Pick up the May issue now. Or read all the juicy details online, Fallen Warriors of sXe.

Ten Yard Fight – Tour 98 Shirt …

A weekend or two back, I helped my brother move out of his house. As a thank you, he was generous enough to give me a few items from his shirt collection. One item was a Sam Black Churck 2xl Longsleeve. No pics. I’ll spare you. The other was a Ten Yard Fight – Summer Tour 1998 shirt. I had one, but this one was different.

First off, the shirt brand is different. The colors are obviously different too. Mine was the darker blue while Jason’s was lighter blue.

Jason’s shirt appeared different on the front too. The letters seemed larger, and the alien/football player seemed more crisp.

Finally, there is the back. Mine had THICK, bullet proof ink. And an extra white border around the graphic. Jason’s was normal print. Not super thick, with no run off white boarder. In fact, it didn’t have any white ink at all. One less screen.

If anyone has more info, please let me know. I’m curious why these two vastly different shirts were made for the same tour. Thanks. I’ll be asking Clevo too.

Soul Control – Merch and EP Preorder …

Soul Control is this little band from Providence/RIX. Every dude in the band is a [Matt]DUDE. The music is top notch and the vibe is chill. They recently were picked up by this other little label called Rivalry Records. That’s pretty cool. Anyway, over on the Rivalry site, you can preorder some color vinyl, or pick up a shirt or two. Look into it.

Cold World Merch …

Have you ever been browsing ebay and randomly come across a Cold World shirt selling for the GNP of Somalia? It happens to me all the time. But here’s the thing. Most of those shirts are still being pressed by their current record label, Deathwish Inc or are available on merchnow.com. Here’s a sample of merch you can find on those sites.

I’d also suggest just buying them directly from the band. $10 and no shipping. They play enough shows that it shouldn’t be that hard to come up with one. And after you buy it, please don’t just list it on ebay 2 minutes after the show. That just sucks.
