I thought this was a dude with a weird hat, but Melissa correctly identified it as a stickman with a giant blunt. Note the sweet throwup above it has 420 incorporated in it. There is an older couple up the street that have green thumbs. They are pros with the garden, but not so good with lawn maintenance. Hell, who am I kidding? My lawn is green, but is mostly crab grass. This flower was nice though. I’ve never seen cotton rope used to hook a stalk to a stake. It doesn’t seem very handy, especially when wet. The flower looks DOPE regardless.
