If you are like me, you have a ton of vinyl lying around that you are trying to sell off. Well, if you are a friend of mine, you are probably tired of hearing me say, “hey, how much do you think “X” is worth?” This questions comes out of my mouth 5-6 times a month, I’d say. And I blast it on all my friends. Normally, I do the smart thing and check past ebay auctions. However, there are times when zero hits match. That’s no help.
Along comes popsike.com. Wow, this answers all those stupid questions. All you do is enter some keywords for the vinyl in question and boom! 2 seconds later, you get a list of previous ebay auctions spanning back to 2003 or earlier. Nice stuff here. If your vinyl isn’t worth more than $50, don’t bother. However, if you are looking for say, a Chain Crew, you’ll find at least 3 helpful auctions.
I’m psyched.
Is it true…
That the “XXX” found so often in straight edge culture is actually the roman numeral for 30, and it represents the age in which the “average” straight edge individual forfeits unknowingly 30 liters of body liquid equivalent to the consistency of alcohol as nature’s way to stay straight for another 30 years, and at the end of that milestone, another forfeiture, the whole process repeats itself, so on and so forth, until said individual expires?
Just a rumor, I guess.
